just a few words
Hey y'all...
Just a few words before we skid-attle off to a birthday dinner... I am enjoying this little Outback town of Cobar, New South Wales. Just got back from a trip to Dubbo, a little more of a "city", but nothing to write home about... Can't upload pics because I forgot my camera cord... but the red dirt and sunsets are really amazing.
The song "drops of jupiter" reminded me to really go out and be adventurous... so I'm working on that lately.
Things I'm thankful for today:
-a small cat'en (cat/kitten) named Gremlin with a crooked tail and big ears
-parks and gardens in cities
-Aussie sunsets
-accents
-kids
-observatories

Hey lady,
The budding romance is going fairly well ... of course, it will be cut off when he graduates ... and if you didn't know who it was, it's Rosies ex-boyfriend. Yup. It was a little weird at first. :)
Berea was interesting; I didn't get to see much of the Eco-village or meet too many people in it, but I did meet Tessa (I think her name is?) and Katie. We had a pretty good conversation; she had very kind eyes.
I miss you. Maybe you could, you know, maybe swing by Arcata on your way home? ... :)
